Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii — please allow additional transit time for these states).
Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, please allow the following transit times:
- Texas: 2–5 business days
- Rest of the continental US: 3–7 business days
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Packaging
We take care to pack every order securely. Drinkware and fragile items are wrapped to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Backorders & Preorders
Some items — including our El Meteoro Hot Sauce — may occasionally be listed as backordered or available for preorder during restocks. If your order includes a backordered item:
- We'll ship in-stock items immediately (if applicable) or hold the order until the backordered item is ready.
- You'll receive an email update with an estimated ship date.
- If you'd prefer not to wait, just reply to your order confirmation and we'll issue a full refund for the backordered item.
